FedEx is facing a lawsuit by the family of a 27-year-old motorcyclist who was fatally struck by a truck driver earlier this month. The motorcyclist suffered multiple injuries when he was struck by a FedEx truck in Hickory Hills, Illinois. He was pronounced dead an hour after the crash at Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn. His family filed suit against FedEx on Friday in Cook County Circuit Court.
