The parents of a teenager from Michigan who was killed in a 2014 drunk driving accident have filed a lawsuit against the people who gave the driver who caused the accident alcohol. The lawsuit alleges that the parents of the driver provided him with alcohol that led to the fatal accident. The crash took place when the intoxicated teen went over the median and crashed into the plaintiffs' son's car. Two teens were killed in the crash and a third survived.
